Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal

Digital Service

Vitrinsel is a digital, credit-based listing photo finishing service provided by LORELABS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. A listing photo edit or light correction uses 1 credit, emptying a room uses 3 credits, a brochure uses 2 credits, and a listing video uses 15 credits. Because the Service is delivered electronically and performance begins as soon as credits are made available, the conditions below apply.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services performed instantly in electronic form where the consumer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. By purchasing and starting to use credits, the Buyer accepts immediate performance and waives the withdrawal right for the credits used.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Credits that have been used (a photo edit, empty-room, brochure, or video job has been run) are non-refundable, as the digital service has been performed.
• If no credits have been used and the digital service has not been accessed, a cancellation request made before use may be evaluated for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
• Where a payment is charged in error or a job fails through a fault attributable to the Seller and cannot be re-run, the affected credits are restored or refunded.

Monthly Pack Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel a monthly pack at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not retroactively refund a cycle already started or credits already used. Unused credits follow the renewal terms shown at purchase. Credits renew each month.

How to Request

Cancellation and refund requests are made by e-mail to support@lorelabs.co with the account e-mail and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
