These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Vitrinsel service at vitrinsel.com, provided by LORELABS YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

The Service

Vitrinsel is a digital, credit-based tool that finishes real-estate listing photos you upload and can prepare brochures and listing videos. A listing photo edit or light correction uses 1 credit, emptying a room uses 3 credits, a brochure uses 2 credits, and a listing video uses 15 credits. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and may evolve over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to submit photos or other content you have no right to use, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

Content and Responsibility

You retain rights to the photos and listing details you submit. You are responsible for reviewing finished output before publishing it and for ensuring it is suitable and lawful for your use.

Payment and Credits

Purchases, credits, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
