Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer who purchases digital photo-edit credits through vitrinsel.com.

Buyer: the natural or legal person who creates an account and purchases credits on vitrinsel.com ("Buyer"). The Buyer's details are those provided at the time of order.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the sale of a digital, credit-based real-estate listing photo finishing service ("Service") offered by the Seller through vitrinsel.com, and the parties' rights and obligations in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The Service is provided electronically. It is not a physical good; no physical delivery is made.

3. Service and Credits

The Service operates on a credit basis. Credits are spent when a job runs successfully: a listing photo edit or light correction uses 1 credit, emptying a room uses 3 credits, a brochure uses 2 credits, and a listing video uses 15 credits. The credit amount and price of each package are shown on the pricing page of vitrinsel.com at the time of purchase.

Prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. The price valid at the time of order is the price applied.

4. Order and Payment

The Buyer selects a package on vitrinsel.com and completes payment through the payment infrastructure provider. Card details are processed solely by the licensed payment provider; the Seller does not store card numbers.

Once payment is confirmed, the corresponding credits are made available in the Buyer's account, at which point the digital service is deemed to have commenced.

5. Performance

Following successful payment, the Service is made available immediately or within a reasonable period. As the Service is digital, performance is fulfilled by making the credits and the platform available to the Buyer's account.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are performed instantly in electronic form and to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, provided the consumer has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

By purchasing the Service and starting to use the credits (accessing the digital service), the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost for the credits used.

7. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that the information provided at the time of order is accurate. The Seller may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of the Terms of Use.

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's or the Seller's place, within the monetary limits announced each year, have jurisdiction.

This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's approval at the time of order.
